Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Noida City Fitness Run 2026. Please read our refund and cancellation rules carefully before completing your registration.

No Refunds or Cancellations

All registrations for this event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once the payment is completed, no refund, cancellation, or transfer will be allowed under any circumstances.

No Refunds for Personal Reasons

1. We are unable to offer refunds for reasons including (but not limited to):
2. Personal injury or illness
3. Change in schedule or travel plans
4. Event day absence
5. Weather conditions
6. Any other personal or logistical reason

Event Changes

In case of minor operational adjustments (route change, timing change, or logistical updates), registrations will remain valid with no refund applicable.

Event Postponement

If the event is postponed due to unavoidable factors such as government orders, safety concerns, or extreme weather, all registrations will be automatically carried forward to the new date.
No refunds will be processed in such cases.
